By proceeding, you acknowledge that you are an Independent Contractor and not an employee of PoorDash Inc. ("PoorDash," "we," "the platform," "your future"). You waive all rights to minimum wage, overtime, workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, healthcare, and collective bargaining. You agree that CHIT tokens are a proprietary platform asset with no guaranteed cash value, no guaranteed exchange pathway, and no guaranteed existence after platform sunset. You agree to arbitrate all disputes individually. You acknowledge that your acceptance rate, completion rate, customer rating, and on-time rate are metrics we track and may use to deprioritize, suspend, or permanently deactivate your account at our sole discretion without notice, explanation, or appeal. You agree that deactivation does not constitute termination of employment because you were never employed. You agree that equipment fees are non-refundable and that the equipment loan accrues at 0% APR for thirty (30) shifts, after which all remaining balances are due immediately. You agree to the PoorDash Community Guidelines, the Chitcoin White Paper (v2.3, subject to change), the CHIT Wallet User Agreement, the Data Sharing and Resale Consent Form, the Biometric Collection Notice (applicable jurisdictions), the Arbitration Rider, the Class Action Waiver, and any future agreements we have not yet written.
